Supplementary welfare allowances

INRA agents can benefit from supplementary welfare allowances that enable the reimbursement of medical expenses and the coverage of supplementary insurance. This protection helps agents to reimburse some of their health costs and pay for additional insurance cover.

The aim is to offer protection against unexpected life events, alongside specific statutory provisions, and in the event of illness to make up for any losses incurred (for example, loss of salary).

The MGEN thus offers a dual scheme that includes both the reimbursement of healthcare costs and coverage of supplementary insurance (disability, inability to work, death).

In addition, in exceptional situations of illness or disability, the Institute can offer other services to its agents.
