Social policies

Social policies form an integral part of INRA's human resource policies. They have been designed in response to the Institute's choice to optimise its activities by supporting its staff in accomplishing their missions and providing them with various benefits that can alleviate their daily constraints. More generally, they aim to consolidate the social links between agents and to develop the attractiveness of careers at INRA.
