After a remarkable stint in research, first as assistant technician and then research technician in molecular biology, today Séverine Siblot is the exceptional Executive Coordinator to the President at the INRA centre in Dijon. Her day in figures: 1 meeting, 10 files to consult, 20 people who come through her office and 40 emails to take care of.

To the question “What does INRA mean to you?”, she replies, "INRA is a little like my home – I’m very attached to it. What I like here is working as part of a team, the collaboration between people offering solutions, exchanging ideas and sharing their points of view. We are what we are thanks to our interactions with others. I love working with other people.”
